First in-house structural design at ARL: full static and seismic analysis of a reinforced concrete cantilever retaining wall, including flexure, shear, stability, and reinforcement detailing.
Piping & Structure Stress Analysis
First in-house piping stress analysis at ARL: an 18″ line receiving a 1.25-ton valve, modelled and validated in CAESAR II against ASME B31.3 allowable stresses, with supports reselected where the initial configuration was inadequate.
Fin-Fan Cooler Header Design
Header box design to ASME Sec VIII Div. 1 Appendix 13 (non-circular pressure vessel); resolved a tube-sheet thickness conflict with the consultant and contractor.
FTMM Treet Battery-Plant Piping
Planning and Project Cost-Control Engineer on FAUZ's first large-scale plant piping project and first nonmetallic (HDPE / CPVC) piping execution: BOM across three material classes, Korean-consultant design interface, material procurement, and fabrication through erection.
8 U-Stamped Utility Package Skids
Utility package skids with interconnecting piping and instrumentation; design review, project planning, BOM, procurement planning, and execution cost control.
Fabrication of HSD Metering Skids
High-Speed Diesel metering skid fabrication; design review, procurement coordination, and execution-stage quality controls.

Design review, project planning, BOM, procurement planning, and inspection of internal tank structures, welding, and painting during execution.
